Please contact Total Biometrics to obtain an RMA number.
Once an RMA is obtained you have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the original packaging or packed in a suitable return package to prevent damage in shipping. Must be complete and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMA number must be clearly visible on the return packaging. Products may not be accepted or you may incur a repair charge if damaged from improper packaging, misuse, abuse, poor protection from electrical damage, improper installation or modifications.
D.O.A products will be replaced at Total Biometrics expense.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you if any further information is required. We will quickly notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund for the products to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping charges will not be included in the refund. Once processed, you will usually receive the credit in two to three days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless it is determined the product failed due to a manufacturer failure. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
